Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReferralHub, the internal employee-referral tool operated by Direct Result Group for Direct Result, TSU, Activate and Athena (together, "the Companies"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use ReferralHub

ReferralHub is for current employees of the Companies with a company Google Workspace account. Access may be revoked at any time, including when you leave the Companies.

2. What ReferralHub is for

ReferralHub lets you refer people you know for open roles at the Companies. Submitting a referral adds the person you refer to the relevant company's Recruitee talent pool or hiring pipeline so a recruiter can follow up.

3. Your responsibilities

When you submit a referral, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have a genuine connection to the person you're referring, as described in the "how do you know them" field.
• You have the person's permission to share their name, email, phone number, and your relationship to them with the relevant company's recruitment team.

Don't use ReferralHub to submit information about people who haven't agreed to be referred, or for any purpose unrelated to genuine employee referrals.

4. No guarantee of hiring or reward

Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the person you refer will be interviewed, hired, or that any referral bonus will be paid. Any referral bonus program is governed separately by the Companies' internal HR policies, not by these terms.

5. Data handling

Referral and account data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

ReferralHub is provided as an internal tool "as is". We aim to keep it available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReferralHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
